[Hiring] Media Buyer @HireBoost

Role Description

This is a remote position.

You will own a book of client ad accounts end to end, and you are going to be responsible for delivering their results. The scoreboard is cost per booked appointment. In your book you are the shot caller and the executor:

• Read the data, decide the action steps, and execute them yourself, with a Media Buying Manager backing you up on direction and the hardest calls.
• Start with a smaller book and grow toward 30 to 50 accounts; the better you run them, the more accounts and the better accounts you earn.

Launching new clients

• GoHighLevel setup from their proven snapshot:
• Custom values, calendar, landing page in the client's branding, domain and DNS linking, Meta pixel connection (their in-house Setup Wizard automates the heavy lifting)
• Build the ad account:
• Proven primary text, headlines, and descriptions from their tested copy library, customized to the client and their market
• Pair the ads with creative:
• Edit from their creative pillars, and order new assets from their in-house creative department when the client's own media is thin
• Verify the whole pipeline before launch:
• Pixel firing, forms, automations, and leads flowing into the CRM correctly

Ongoing management

• Read performance daily and weekly:
• Cost per booked appointment first, then CPM, link CPC, link CTR, and cost per lead
• Decide and run the improvement plays:
• Creative refreshes and new creative orders from the creative department, landing page changes, budget shifts, and delivery fixes
• Advanced tracking:
• Pixel conditioning and Conversion API setups that feed booked-appointment data back to Meta
• GoHighLevel operations:
• Automations and workflows, Zapier syncs into client CRMs, A2P and phone setup, and fixing whatever breaks in between

Working with the team

• Communicate with each account's Customer Success Manager:
• The client always knows what is happening and why
• Work alongside our calling-agent VA team:
• You do not manage them, but when the data says call resources need reallocating, you flag it so leads never sit
• Monday and Thursday account reports:
• On time, plus weekly accounts review meetings where you bring clean reads and clear action steps
• Fast, reliable communication on Slack:
• During working hours this is very important to us. When something urgent comes up, you respond and act.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Meta/Facebook Ads experience
• Strong GoHighLevel experience: funnels, automations, landing pages
• Comfortable with technical setups: pixels, UTMs, API connections (A2P 10DLC experience is a plus)
• You read CTR, CPM, CPC, cost per lead, and booking rates through a bottleneck-analysis lens
• Detail-oriented and proactive, you can follow processes exactly
• Clear written and spoken English
• Available to work EST business hours

Requirements

• Nice to have:
• Zapier, Canva, roofing/HVAC/home services experience, strong Claude AI proficiency
