[Hiring] Email Marketing Specialist @Somewhere

Role Description

Email is our main channel for building and engaging our audience. You will own the day-to-day running of our email marketing in Account Engagement (Pardot), with a clear brief to grow the audience, automate processes, and nurture contacts. You will identify prospect funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to personalize outreach and drive conversions, and you will also help shape and launch a new outbound email program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize Engagement Studio programs for nurture, event promotion, re-engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Set up automation rules, completion actions, and dynamic lists to move contacts through the funnel seamlessly.
• Design and run lead scoring and grading models, aligning them with event registration and sponsorship goals.
• Segment the database by sector, job role, seniority, event interest, and engagement level, maintaining high data quality and managing the Salesforce sync.
• Build and manage Account Engagement forms and form handlers, ensuring proper integration with the WordPress website for tracking and landing pages.
• Plan, build, and send campaigns for each event, running structured A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
• Help design a compliant outbound email program, including targeting, data sourcing, sequencing, and deliverability safeguards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a B2B email marketing role (Required).
• At least 18 months' hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including Engagement Studio, automation rules, dynamic lists, and the Salesforce connector (Required).
• Proven experience building audience segments and running A/B tests, with examples of improved results (Required).
• Strong working knowledge of Account Engagement forms, form handlers, and WordPress integration (Required).
• Understanding of UK GDPR and PECR as they apply to B2B email (Required).
• Confident with HTML and CSS for email templates (Required).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear recommendations (Required).
• Experience launching or running outbound email, including deliverability set-up (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up) (Preferred).
• Account Engagement Specialist or Consultant certification (Preferred).
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo (Preferred).

• Salary Range: 1200-1500USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
