Role Description
The Marketing Success Manager (MSM) is a part-time marketing resource supporting an assigned portfolio of LOVB clubs within the Club Operations pod structure. Working approximately 10 hours per week, you will partner with Club Directors, Regional Club Leaders (RCLs), and Youth Marketing to identify where targeted marketing support can have the greatest impact.
Rather than serving as the marketing owner for each club, you will help clubs prioritize immediate marketing needs, connect them with existing LOVB resources, and provide hands-on support for select initiatives when additional assistance is needed. Support will flex across the portfolio based on seasonal priorities, club capabilities, and available capacity. You will also share recurring needs and insights with the central Youth Marketing team to help LOVB continuously improve marketing support across its club network.
