Role Description

We're looking for a talented Marketing Strategist to join our remote team and help develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients.

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of independent optometry and ophthalmology practices. This role combines digital marketing expertise with strategic consulting to help practices grow patient volume, increase revenue, strengthen their online presence, and achieve long-term business success.

Working alongside Client Strategists, Project Managers, SEO Specialists, Paid Media Specialists, Content Writers, Designers, Developers, and other cross-functional teams, the Marketing Strategist translates business goals into comprehensive marketing plans that deliver measurable results.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytical thinking, creativity, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, using data, industry insights, and emerging technologies to create marketing initiatives that help clients outperform their competition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, SEO, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, local SEO, social media, and website optimization.
• Experience developing digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Standard working hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• All work is remote. You can work from anywhere, but you'll need to provide:
• Your own computer, monitors, and equipment.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Stable, high-speed internet.
• Load-shedding backup equipment if applicable.
