[Hiring] Marketing Manager @Resolv.Global

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help take Resolv Global's brand, visibility, and B2B marketing to the next level.

This is a hands-on B2B marketing role, not simply a position focused on managing agencies or maintaining a marketing calendar. You will own and execute marketing initiatives across:

• LinkedIn
• Content
• Brand
• Sales enablement
• Digital marketing
• Campaigns

You should be someone who can take an idea and turn it into a polished piece of marketing, whether that's a LinkedIn campaign, client proposal, pitch deck, case study, landing page, or thought leadership piece.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of practical experience in B2B marketing, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, SaaS, technology, staffing, professional services, CX, or another B2B services environment.
• Proven B2B marketing experience, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Strong writing and business communication skills.
• Hands-on experience creating content and campaigns.
• Experience creating proposals, pitch decks, presentations, or sales collateral.
• Strong PowerPoint and/or Canva skills.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• Experience working with Sales and senior leadership.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A practical, commercial, and execution-focused mindset.
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Adobe tools, AI marketing tools, AEO/GEO, or AI-powered search is a strong advantage.
