Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist with a background in technical sales in a B2B environment and a proven ability to train and develop sales talent. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Sales Enablement solutions including:

• Sales training
• Tools and methodology

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, preferably in an engineering field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years related work experience

Requirements

• Develop Sales Training Programs: Designs and implements comprehensive training modules to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
• Optimize Sales Processes: Analyzes existing sales workflows and identifies opportunities for efficiency improvements and best practices implementation.
• Develop and maintain sales tools to support the sellers as they are engaging in various stages of the selling process.
• Manage Sales Enablement Projects: Executes projects focused on enhancing sales tools and resources, coordinating tasks and timelines to achieve project objectives.
• Provide Analytical Insights: Collects and analyzes sales data to generate actionable insights, supporting informed decision making and strategy development.

Benefits

• Estimated annual base pay: $94,000-$125,000
• All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
