Our client is looking for a Marketing & Social Media professional to strengthen its digital presence, employer brand, and marketing activity. Working closely with the wider team, this person will take responsibility for:

The role will also support longer-term brand development, market-specific content, business development initiatives, candidate outreach, email marketing, SEO, and digital performance reporting.

Deliver stronger promotion of job opportunities across the companyβs social media pages

Increase social media activity around team news, office life, events, photos, milestones, promotions, anniversaries, and new hires

Develop a clear LinkedIn strategy for the company and individual recruiters

Provide guidance and monitoring around consultant posts, job sharing, reposting, and engagement

Improve employer branding through Glassdoor management, office showcases, staff events, and team photography
-
Make better use of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social channels to grow followers, engagement, and overall brand visibility
-
Proactively identify and utilise social media and digital trends to keep campaigns current and effective
-
Regularly promote the company website, including posting jobs to the website and sharing opportunities through LinkedIn

Ensure all jobs are consistently posted to relevant company webpages

Develop longer-term market content, including market insights, debt and equity market information, and wider industry updates

Improve client and candidate marketing content, including revamped client information packs, consultant bios, individual market coverage, testimonials, success stories, and case studies

Create market-specific content that demonstrates expertise, including market intelligence by geography, salary surveys, and client activity roundups
-
Share relevant client posts and provide weekly updates on client hiring activity

Establish more consistent content planning through a central content calendar covering social posts, newsletters, blogs, industry news, current affairs, and recruitment events

Support SEO improvement initiatives to strengthen online rankings and visibility

Track and report on social media performance, engagement, and outcomes
-
Conduct competitor research, including analysis of competitor followers and social media strategies
-
Research LinkedIn forums, events, online groups, Reddit, and other relevant platforms to identify candidate pools and networking opportunities
-
Support business development activity through the creation of marketing proposals and supporting materials
-
Assist with candidate outreach, including targeted messaging campaigns across relevant markets
-
Deliver email marketing activity to maintain engagement with client and candidate networks
-
Use digital marketing and social media activity to support wider recruitment, candidate attraction, and business development objectives
