[Hiring] Marketing Manager @Addison Group

Role Description

As my client's company continues to acquire businesses and launch new ventures, they need a Marketing Manager who can help establish and execute marketing strategies for businesses that do not already have them in place. This candidate will support both corporate marketing initiatives and individual business launches, with a focus on B2B marketing rather than consumer-facing marketing.

• Helping acquired businesses develop a go-to-market strategy if they do not already have one established.
• Partnering with business owners who are preparing to launch a new business within the next 1-2 months.
• Learning about the business, determining how it should be positioned in the market, and identifying the essential marketing initiatives needed on day one.
• Developing a clear roadmap of next steps and helping businesses establish their marketing presence over the first 6-12 months.
• Managing the various moving pieces involved in marketing strategy development, business launches, and ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• B2B Marketing Experience: Must have direct experience marketing products or services to other businesses, rather than primarily to consumers.
• New Business Launch Experience: Experience developing marketing strategies and bringing new businesses, products, or services to market.
• Financial Services or Insurance Experience.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Must be comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Benefits

• This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
