[Hiring] Senior Manager, Product Marketing @ServiceNow

Role Description

This role is on the Service CRM team with responsibilities including:

• GTM Activation
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to ensure messaging travels effectively.
  • Build launch plans and run them, owning milestones and driving cross-functional coordination.
  • Identify gaps in field positioning of Service CRM and create content and programs to address them.
• Sales Enablement
  • Create tools for sellers, including pitch decks, talk tracks, battle cards, and discovery frameworks.
  • Run effective enablement sessions through live training and recorded content.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and frontline reps to understand market effectiveness.
• Competitive Intelligence
  • Understand how ServiceNow compares to competitors in customer service and field service.
  • Track market moves and synthesize relevant information for the right stakeholders.
• Content & Programs
  • Build assets across the full funnel, including thought leadership, event programs, and customer stories.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly, knowing when to say no is as important as knowing what to build.
• Messaging & Positioning
  • Develop the narrative for how ServiceNow wins, from value proposition to competitive framing.
  • Translate product capabilities into customer-facing messaging for various stakeholders.
  • Keep messaging current as products and competitive landscapes evolve.

Qualifications

• Not requiring a traditional product marketing background; focus on what you've shipped and activated.
• Strong candidates may come from:
  • Product marketing, solutions marketing, or competitive intelligence.
  • Sales enablement or revenue enablement leadership.
  • Demand generation or field marketing with strong message ownership.
  • GTM strategy or go-to-market leadership in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must demonstrate:
  • Ownership of a GTM motion end-to-end.
  • Creation of tools that sellers actually use.
  • Collaboration with sales teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate without a fully paved road.
  • Strong opinions with good judgment on when to hold or let go.
  • CRM, customer service, field service, or enterprise SaaS domain knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, GTM strategy, demand gen, or a combination.
• Proven track record of building and activating GTM programs that drove measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in or closely alongside enterprise sales organizations.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to and working with senior stakeholders, including sales leadership and executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
