Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This role is focused on creating and executing content, email marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives that generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. This is an execution-focused position—not a people management role. The ideal candidate enjoys creating content, building email campaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously improving marketing efforts in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish LinkedIn and other marketing content on a consistent schedule.
• Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated nurture sequences.
• Create engaging copy for email, social media, and other marketing assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics such as opens, clicks, and engagement.
• Support lead generation efforts by delivering qualified marketing leads to the sales team.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with the company's messaging and brand voice.
• Collaborate closely with the CRO, BDRs, and Sales Engineer to support sales initiatives.
• Share customer insights, campaign results, and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
• Utilize AI tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Proven experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with experience creating LinkedIn and B2B marketing content.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment.
• Available to work with daily overlap during US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing experience within construction, field services, or vertical SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Experience marketing to contractors, trades businesses, or other non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows.
