Role Description

Seeking a highly execution-oriented Marketing Manager to drive and optimize marketing initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline growth and qualified sales opportunities. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a marketer who can both develop marketing plans and personally execute them. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), content operations, marketing automation, SEO, and performance marketing within complex B2B environments. Success in this role will be measured by marketing's contribution to qualified appointments, engagement, and pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations & Execution
  • Own the end-to-end marketing operations process, from content planning and publishing to lead capture and sales handoff.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Execute content distribution, publishing, and campaign activation across multiple channels.
  • Ensure marketing-generated leads are properly captured, tracked, and routed through CRM systems.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Build and manage targeted account lists and named-account marketing programs.
  • Research key decision-makers and buying committees within target organizations.
  • Execute multi-touch ABM campaigns using email, content, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Drive engagement and nurture target accounts toward qualified sales appointments.
• Content Management & Thought Leadership
  • Manage, edit, and optimize content created in collaboration with company leadership.
  • Coordinate production and publication of thought leadership content, industry insights, and executive-level marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging, content quality, and publishing cadence.
• SEO & Performance Marketing
  • Execute SEO strategies including keyword planning, on-page optimization, and content mapping.
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing initiatives across applicable channels.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on marketing operations experience with direct ownership of execution.
• Demonstrated success planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Experience marketing high-ticket B2B products or services with longer sales cycles.
• Strong ability to execute marketing initiatives independently rather than solely developing strategy.
• Experience managing content workflows, publishing systems, and content operations.
• Strong content editing and content management skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO execution and performance marketing.
• Experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• WordPress experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or technology platforms.
• Experience marketing niche or high-value products and services.
• HubSpot experience.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted content creation tools.
