Role Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the growth and development of the brands within his/her segment in their assigned markets. He will develop and align the marketing strategy with the remaining marketing team as well as the commercial entity in order to successfully launch, develop and drive the Zimmer Biomet portfolio in the region.

The Marketing Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product potential. This will include:

• Building strong market knowledge and understanding of its dynamics
• Close collaboration with other departments
• Training, engagement, and support of the local distribution channels
• Innovative perspective on product potential within the market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Science
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a multinational marketing environment, preferably within the healthcare and medical device field
• Experience in Orthopedics, especially in Recon, will be a plus
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Turkish business fluent language skills
