Role Description
As a Marketing Manager, North America Professional Hygiene, you will play a critical role in driving growth, market share, and profitability across our Professional Hygiene business. Develop and execute marketing, customer segmentation, and business development strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Partner closely with R&D and TS&D teams to develop differentiated product portfolios and compelling label claims aligned with customer needs.

Lead promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and key industry stakeholders across North America.

Drive distribution strategy optimization, geographic expansion plans, and customer retention initiatives.

Lead innovation project definition and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Monitor business performance, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of marketing and business development projects.
Qualifications

Masterβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with knowledge of animal biosecurity preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related commercial role.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies in a dynamic market environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across functions within a matrix organization while working independently when required.

Willingness to travel as needed; FDA/EPA label knowledge is considered an advantage.
Requirements

The expected salary range for this role is $117,000 - $143,000 USD, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
