Role Description
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising regional marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, ABM, email, paid media) tailored to EMEA audiences.
- Support pipeline generation and acceleration efforts in collaboration with the EMEA sales team.
- Organise and manage regional events, trade shows, webinars, and customer roundtables to drive engagement and brand presence.
- Partner with channel and alliance teams to develop co-marketing initiatives with key partners.
- Adapt global messaging and assets to ensure cultural and market relevance in EMEA.
- Work with content and creative teams to develop localised assets, case studies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise for ROI and pipeline impact.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the EMEA Marketing Director and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Compliance technology.
- Strong experience in demand generation campaign management as well as Field and Partner Marketing activities execution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive execution independently.
- A strategic and hands-on mindset, with a passion for executing impactful marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimise marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- A growth-oriented approach, constantly seeking innovative ways to reach and engage customers in the EMEA region.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives.
- The ability to collaborate across global teams while ensuring regional marketing strategies align with Drataās overall goals.
- A customer-first mentality, with a deep understanding of how to craft messaging and experiences that resonate with EMEA audiences.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The expected salary range for this role is GBP Ā£75,500 - Ā£93,200. A variety of factors are considered when determining someoneās leveling and compensationāincluding a candidateās professional background and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
