Role Description

The CLASS Consulting Group is looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams. Responsibilities include:

• Developing plans and executing projects that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy.
• Leading and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute innovation platform pathways, product innovation, and renovation.
• Using insight and intuition to develop strategic recommendations for the Team Lead of Client Relations.
• Researching and evaluating new marketing opportunities, client needs, and insights.
• Developing a deep understanding of the brand and its challenges.
• Identifying holes/trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Defining the creative approach for campaigns to accomplish marketing goals.
• Working closely with the team to deliver campaigns supporting organizational growth.
• Overseeing the production of advertisements, email campaigns, websites, and exhibition stands.
• Managing content strategy for the CLASS Website.
• Promoting the “CLASS" brand to the local and online community.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and aligning appropriate marketing techniques to solve problems.
• Applying key marketing concepts for development and design.
• Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or media-based field required.
• Master’s in business or marketing preferred.
• Knowledge in marketing for nonprofit is highly preferred.
• 8-10 years of prior experience in media, corporate or nonprofit setting.
• Experience in web designing, writing, marketing, fundraising, strategic planning, and project management.
• Experience with training and supervising team members.
• Familiarity with marketing tools including PR, written communication, website development, and market research.
• Expertise in internet and social media strategy.
• Experience with graphic design, photography, and website management.
• Experience managing external PR and communication with prospective clients.

• Attend Weekly Meetings: Virtual [MS Teams].
• Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
