Role Description

The Marketing Director, Marketing & Analytics is responsible for leading the digital marketing vision, strategy, and execution for an assigned portfolio of Leap Marketing & Analytics clients. This role serves as a senior client leader, ensuring every project aligns with client marketing objectives and meets the agency’s standards for quality, efficiency, and profitability.

As a client-facing leader, the Marketing Director, Marketing & Analytics partners closely across departments to develop digital marketing strategies for email, paid media, data as a service, creative, and CRM. The role oversees the activity of the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Analysts assigned to the client. This role will support business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• 2+ years in a marketing leadership or management role preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing execution through email, paid media, social, and so forth.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and customer experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, live events preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time, prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives, and be self-directed and able to work independently.
• Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption.
• Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and within company as a whole.
