Role Description
We are looking for a strategic and self-directed Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team. This mid-level role is ideal for a fully proficient marketer with a strong grasp of data-driven strategies and the ability to independently lead campaign initiatives that support HR Acuityβs thought leadership and revenue goals.
Day in the life as the Marketing Campaign Manager:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and audience needs.

Translate product positioning and messaging into compelling campaign narratives.

Email Marketing Leadership:

Lead strategy and execution for outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and product updates.

Develop segmentation strategies and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics.

Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Performance Management and Optimization:

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline generation and influence.

Regularly audit lead scoring and content effectiveness.

Partner with RevOps to refine attribution and reporting processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a key partner to Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.

Marketing Technology and Operations:

Stay current with marketing tech trends and apply innovations to improve campaign performance.

Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.

Contribute to process documentation and improvements.

Qualifications

Professional Experience:
Min 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and email marketing.

Proven experience:
Leveraging ABM technology (e.g., 6Sense, Common Room or similar) to run account-based campaigns.

Industry Knowledge:
Experience in B2B SaaS required. HR Tech preferred.

Marketing Expertise:
Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and personalization across platforms like email, web, social, paid, community, etc.

Excellent writing experience, with the ability to create concise value-based messaging that drives action tailored to specific audiences.

Project Management:
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proactive management of workloads, ambiguity, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaboration Skills:
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
