[Hiring] Inbound Marketing Manager @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to build and scale a content-driven B2B demand generation engine, with a strong focus on LinkedIn growth, founder-led content, audience engagement, and organic pipeline generation. This is not a cold outreach or traditional social media management role.

Your job is to turn:

• Content → Engagement → Conversations → Qualified Pipeline

You’ll work closely with the founder, who owns sales calls and closing, while you generate attention, build relationships with the right B2B audience, nurture inbound interest, and create a predictable flow of qualified opportunities.

The ideal candidate has personally used LinkedIn and organic content to generate B2B leads and understands that successful inbound marketing is measured by pipeline and revenue opportunities — not simply impressions, followers, or likes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Inbound Marketing
  • Content-Led Growth
  • B2B Demand Generation
  • Organic Lead Generation
  • LinkedIn Growth
• Proven experience creating LinkedIn content for B2B audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to generate inbound leads or sales conversations through organic content.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
• Experience turning audience engagement into qualified conversations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • B2B buyer journeys
  • Funnel psychology
  • Lead nurturing
  • Organic demand generation
  • Conversion optimization
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of pipeline outcomes.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.

• Founder-led or executive personal brand marketing experience.
• Experience building lead magnets and content offers.
• Experience developing nurture sequences and inbound funnels.
• Familiarity with:
