Role Description
As the Head of Sports Marketing, you will lead 1Password’s global brand partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing. In this role, you will develop and execute a high-impact program that increases awareness of 1Password as the leader in Extended Access Management and showcases the power of our enterprise cybersecurity offerings. Your focus will be on driving engagement with key security buyers and amplifying our partnership through strategic marketing initiatives, events, and storytelling.
- Lead the global brand partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing, developing and executing marketing plans to maximize impact.
- Manage key relationships with Oracle Red Bull Racing and other partners to ensure alignment and long-term success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate the partnership into broader brand, digital, and revenue marketing initiatives.
- Continuously assess partnership performance, optimizing resource allocation to maximize brand awareness, affinity, and business impact.
- Leverage Oracle Red Bull Racing events to create connections between brand, revenue, and customer loyalty.
- Develop and deliver breakthrough storytelling ideas that elevate our brand.
- Work with senior leadership to identify and secure additional high-impact sports partnerships.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all sponsorship initiatives.
- Lead the development of high-impact hospitality experiences for VIP customers and prospects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in global brand sponsorships, specifically in Formula 1.
- A strategic leader with a creative mindset, capable of executing bold, out-of-the-box ideas with precision.
- A passion for impactful storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, influencing executives, and collaborating across departments to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
- Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on maximizing partnership value and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Experience establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and using insights to optimize partnership programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
