Role Description
This role involves leading enterprise-level sales efforts across Tinuiti's full-service digital marketing portfolio, focusing on sophisticated cross-channel solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Fortune 500 and high-growth companies with annual digital marketing budgets exceeding $10M
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior marketing executives, serving as a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategy and transformation
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Client Strategy teams to craft innovative, data-driven proposals that showcase Tinuiti's unique value proposition
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospect identification through contract negotiation and close
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and relationship development
- Contribute to the evolution of Tinuiti's enterprise sales strategy and go-to-market approach
- Mentor and guide other sales team members, sharing best practices and market insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software/services sales experience, with at least 5 years selling digital marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing deals exceeding $1M in annual contract value
- Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape, particularly across paid search, social, marketplace advertising, and measurement/analytics
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into compelling business cases
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience leading C-level discussions
- Track record of successful collaboration with solutions engineering and strategy teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
- Experience with marketing technology platforms and marketing mix modeling is a plus
Requirements
- The annual base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $100,000 - 120,000
- Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over (100%)
- Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data
