Role Description
This role involves leading growth marketing efforts at Ambrook, focusing on scaling paid channels and performance marketing.
- Own scaling paid channels/performance marketing with a multi-million dollar annual budget.
- Teach performance marketing best practices to cross-functional peers.
- Learn about agrifinance and climate tech, including agricultural bookkeeping and ESG tie-ins.
Within 1 month you'll:
- Take over paid marketing channels (Meta, Google, etc.) and optimize spend.
- Improve existing growth dashboards and report on channel KPIs.
- Establish relationships with your team and cross-functional peers.
- Audit and improve workflows for ad creative, landing pages, and campaign content.
- Familiarize yourself with Ambrook’s product and research notes.
- Understand the state of farm finance and customer needs.
Within 3 months you'll:
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Partner with engineering to build clearer lead attribution and A/B testing frameworks.
- Drive significant increase in top of funnel from paid channels.
- Launch a new paid marketing channel using best practices.
- Write about your experience and improvements on Ambrook’s company blog.
Qualifications
- Proven experience owning and hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Experience running performance marketing and optimizing campaigns.
- Systems thinker with the ability to discern signals from noise.
- Experience building a growth engine in high-growth situations.
- Experience in SMB SaaS with product-led growth.
- Competency with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech.
- Bonus: Experience in American industry (ag, trucking, construction, etc.).
