[Hiring] Growth Marketing Specialist @Lean Marketing

Role Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven, AI-first marketer to join the KINNECT Group. This is a full-time, completely remote role, with company headquarters in Brisbane, Australia.

As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will use AI-powered tools, automation, and market intelligence to generate qualified pipeline and build the KINNECT Group's brand presence. Your job is to deliver the output of a much larger marketing function from a lean, technology-first operation that directly supports our growth strategy.

You will establish a collaborative working relationship with leadership, who will work with you on strategic and big-picture goals while you take charge of tactical implementation and execution. You'll partner closely with our sales and business development team to turn marketing activity into real pipeline.

The ability to organise, plan and structure your workload in an autonomous fashion will be absolutely key to your success in this role. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you. You'll have a lot of freedom in this role, but also a lot of responsibility — and your performance will be measured on outcomes, not activity.

The Six Non-Negotiables of This Role Are:

• AI and tech fluency: You must be genuinely comfortable adopting AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, EmDash CMS and similar) and marketing automation platforms.
• Crafting direct marketing campaigns across email, web, social and content with excellent written skills.
• Analytical and data-driven: Tracking pipeline contribution, cost per qualified lead, and website and search performance.
• Being a self-starter: Determining what needs to happen, when, and how.
• Being teachable and coachable: A willingness to learn on the job.
• Results and pipeline focus: Owning hard targets and being accountable for the numbers.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing materials.
• Ability to create and manage content calendars.
• Proficient in writing and editing marketing copy for various channels.
• Experience in tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
• Basic video production and editing skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines effectively.
• Experience in coordinating and executing events.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments and partners.
