Role Description

This role involves establishing and maintaining a compelling social media presence for Autheo’s founder, enhancing visibility, influence, and thought leadership.

Research and understand the executive's tone, style, and core messaging.
Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with the founder's voice and Autheo's vision.
Create engaging content that positions the founder as an industry thought leader.
Monitor and adapt strategies to align with the latest trends in social media.
Build relationships with relevant platforms, influencers, and organizations.
Craft compelling, high-quality content tailored for executive channels.
Maintain a robust editorial calendar integrating company news and industry insights.
Repurpose event appearances, interviews, and media coverage into social content.
Identify and act on real-time opportunities for social engagement.
Identify and evaluate speaking opportunities, podcasts, and industry events.
Coordinate social media coverage of events and appearances.
Create pre and post-event content strategies.
Partner with PR and media teams for seamless integration of coverage.
Implement measurement and reporting processes to track performance and KPI.
Use insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable growth.

Qualifications

5+ years experience managing executive social media presence.
Bachelor’s degree in PR or Communications.
Proven experience managing social media for high-profile executives.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter best practices, and social media trends.
Strong understanding of tech industry trends; knowledge of blockchain and web3 is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience with PR, media outreach, and event coordination is a strong plus.

Preferred Experience

A background in executive branding or thought leadership campaigns.
Experience in tech/startup ecosystem.
Understanding of creator economy and social platforms.
Experience managing crisis communications.
