Role Description
This position aims to effectively drive the company’s growth through digital and physical actions in the Canadian pharmaceutical market.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support the launch and growth of our products in the Canadian market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, market research firms, and event planners
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are within budget
- Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing performance and progress towards goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on the Canadian market
- Ability to analyze market at all levels and develop/execute marketing strategies to drive business
- Ability to train/coach sales representatives to ensure positive growth in business in the Hospital setting
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at a Provincial and Federal level
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare industry and regulatory environment
- Experience managing external vendors and agencies
- Willingness to travel as needed
