Role Description
This role places you at the heart of innovation, driving the development of Autheo, our cutting-edge blockchain ecosystem, which extends beyond a Layer-1 blockchain to include decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces.
- Lead the vision, design, and execution of Autheo’s fullstack developer environment.
- Oversee the integration of decentralized identity (DID), decentralized cloud infrastructure, and a curated application catalog.
- Define and execute strategies to attract, onboard, and support developers and builders across the Web3 space.
- Manage the development of robust SDKs, CLI tools, API gateways, and DevHub resources.
- Collaborate with developer advocates, content creators, and education partners to produce technical documentation.
- Identify and lead integrations with third-party Web3 services and developer tools.
- Implement systems to gather product feedback through direct user interviews and community channels.
- Define and track KPIs for developer onboarding, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and platform growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record leading developer platforms, tools, or Web3 infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of Layer-1 blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and fullstack decentralized application architecture.
- Proven experience working with SDKs, developer APIs, identity systems, decentralized infrastructure, and open-source communities.
- Strong technical fluency; able to bridge conversations between developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Passion for building in Web3, and for empowering developers to create the future of the decentralized internet.
