Role Description
Help Product People a category-defining company in the consulting space.
- Own or contribute to initiatives to lead us to be the go-to name in Product Management.
- Serve as an Interim Senior Product Manager for post-product market-fit digital-first companies.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products.
- Manage discovery and delivery for three parallel streams (internally and externally).
- Effectively manage various groups consisting of strong personalities.
- Communicate a compelling narrative about the product and its features.
- Coach the next generation of PMs by training, mentoring, and delegating.
- Engage in new missions with new clients or teams every 3-6 months.
Qualifications
- High-ownership, high-visibility role experience.
- Optimism as an operating system.
- Driven, collaborative, kind, direct, and open communication skills.
- Context switching abilities.
- Commercial leadership understanding.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (C2 or native level).
- German (C1+) is a plus.
