Role Description
You know how to make noise—and make it convert. If you’re a digital traffic driver with serious Amazon chops, influencer game, and a knack for content marketing and partnerships, this is your moment.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Drive external traffic to Amazon listings and Shopify stores using SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, and content partnerships
- Build and manage influencer relationships to boost product visibility and sales
- Develop partnerships with blogs, magazines, newsletters, and content creators to promote products on their platforms
- Execute link-building strategies across guest posts, editorial features, and external media
- Launch and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Craft compelling content strategies (or source great freelancers) to promote listings and increase conversion
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Helium 10, and Amazon Seller Central
- Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring performance and results
- Work cross-functionally to measure success and scale what works
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven portfolio of successful external traffic campaigns (Amazon/Shopify)
- Expertise in influencer marketing and partnerships with external websites, blogs, and magazines
- Strong SEO and content marketing skills, including link-building and guest posting
- Ability to negotiate and craft promotional partnerships with digital publishers and content creators
- Proficiency with Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, and paid media strategies
- Strong negotiator who can pitch, present, and sell ideas to drive traffic and conversions
