Role Description

Ready to dive into high-impact acquisition work? We're looking for a sharp, analytical mind to drive financial clarity in M&A deals. If you’ve got CPA-level skills, Due Diligence chops, and love dissecting numbers to uncover real insights—this one’s for you.

Own financial analysis for M&A Due Diligence reports with precision and accuracy
Guide and collaborate with a talented overseas analyst team
Dig into the numbers—identify anomalies, solve COGS issues, and clarify complex data
Lead risk assessments and uncover hidden growth opportunities in acquisition targets
Deliver clear, professional DD presentations that help clients make smart investment decisions
Balance leadership with hands-on analysis—be both strategist and executor

Qualifications

3+ years in finance, accounting, auditing, or Due Diligence (CPA preferred)
Solid leadership and project management experience
Confident communicator—clear, client-ready presentations are your superpower
Eagle-eyed attention to detail—accuracy is non-negotiable
Relationship builder—you know how to earn client trust and deliver real value

Requirements

Bonus points for audit background or Big 4 experience
