Role Description
The Events Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of events that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive leader to manage the end-to-end process while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Some travel to event sites is required.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including large-scale trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events.
- Delivery of events on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and company goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure event success.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and third-party event partners.
- Oversee the creation of event marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Review all contracts to make sure PracticeTek’s best interests are protected.
- Manage on-site logistics, including vendor setup, registration, and troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Internship or work experience in event coordination or marketing.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies related to events.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana.
- Experience with Livestorm webinar platform (nice to have but not required).
