Role Description
This role involves supporting a client with time-sensitive event promotions as a skilled Web Developer proficient in HubSpot and WordPress.
- Update three existing event pages in HubSpot CMS
- Build a sponsorship page from scratch in WordPress
- Deliverables scheduled between April and September
- Full Time (40 hours per week) for a 6-month contract
- English fluency is a must (will be carefully evaluated)
- Prioritize candidates with experience facing a US-based client
Qualifications
- Solid experience with HubSpot CMS and WordPress
- Strong frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
- Ability to embed video content and ticketing widgets (Eventbrite or similar)
- Strong sense of clean layout and user experience design
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently, meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
- Update layout and improve functionality for three existing HubSpot event registration pages
- Build a new sponsorship page using WordPress, aligned with the client’s brand guidelines
- Embed ticketing platforms (e.g., Eventbrite) and video elements
- Ensure all pages are responsive and meet UX/UI standards
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to apply changes and respond to ongoing updates over several months
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with event-based organizations
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Canva)
- Bachelor's Degree
