Role Description
As the Director of Product Marketing for our Wellbeing vertical, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate growth and enhance market position.
- Lead a team of two individual contributors, balancing hands-on tactical execution with strategic oversight.
- Address the dynamic needs of both a legacy brand and a high-growth, product-led offering with aggressive second-half objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading and inspiring high-performing marketing teams with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capability.
- Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Adept at navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.
- Experience managing both legacy brands and high-growth, product-led initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, ROI analysis, and resource optimization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of the wellbeing or healthcare software industry preferred.
Requirements
- Drive strategic marketing planning and execution, optimizing the growth trajectory of the wellbeing vertical.
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to two new team members.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets for effective spend across all wellbeing brands.
- Foster robust collaboration across matrixed teams, including Sales, Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
