[Hiring] Director of Product Marketing @Bioscope AI

Role Description

Bioscope.ai is seeking a hands-on senior product marketer to lead go-to-market (GTM) launches and enhance our marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for:

• Running the launches: Own each GTM launch end to end, including messaging, timeline, assets, internal readiness, and the plan to reach prospects and current customers.
• Equipping sales: Build and improve the discovery and demo process, including writing talk tracks, objection handling, battlecards, and feature updates for sales reps.
• Owning positioning and messaging: Keep our story sharp as the product expands and ensure consistency in communication.
• Telling physician stories: Build accurate and specific case studies with our discerning physician customers.
• Tracking the competition: Monitor the market to stay informed about new competitors and their claims.
• Shaping pricing and packaging: Collaborate with leadership on product packaging and revenue strategies.
• Building the naming system: Set conventions for product names, features, and tiers.
• Keeping the website current: Ensure the website reflects the current product offerings and manage updates.
• Creating content: Produce educational content and social media posts to inform the market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, health tech, or diagnostics, with a record of successful launches.
• Hands-on seniority: Experience in setting strategy while also executing tasks such as writing positioning documents and landing pages.
• Prioritization skills: Ability to determine which launches require full campaigns versus simpler updates.
• AI fluency: Proficient in using AI tools to streamline work processes.
• Sales enablement experience: Proven track record in building effective processes and materials for sales teams.
• Comfort with scientific concepts: Interest in genomics, biomarkers, and clinical data.
• Sharp writing skills: Ability to produce clear, specific, and concise content.
• Composure in a dynamic environment: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and energizing challenges.

Requirements

• Experience marketing to physicians, practice owners, or in concierge, longevity, or functional medicine.
• Background in genomics, diagnostics, or precision medicine.
• Experience launching new categories.
• Knowledge of pricing and packaging, especially per-seat or per-patient subscription models.
• Experience in partnership or channel marketing.
• Comfort with building and editing websites using modern no-code and AI-assisted tools.
