Role Description

The Director of Marketing Technology Consulting at Bond plays a key role in helping clients design, implement, and optimize marketing technology solutions that power modern customer engagement, personalization, and loyalty strategies.

Working closely with Senior Directors, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, this role blends strategic consulting skills with hands-on delivery leadership. The Director will guide clients through:

• Platform selection
• Solution design
• Implementation of martech ecosystems — including customer data platforms, marketing automation, personalization engines, loyalty platforms, and AI-enabled engagement tools

This position requires a strong understanding of marketing technology architecture, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and a passion for driving measurable outcomes in customer loyalty and engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on loyalty or martech platform experience, including implementation and day-to-day operations
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions and leading cross-functional delivery
• Strong knowledge of customer data, integrations, personalization, and consent management
• Proven client-facing consulting, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Based in Mountain or Pacific time, or able to consistently work those hours
