Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating marketing content in a technology, agency, channel, marketplace, or partner-focused environment
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities across multiple content formats
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way
• Learning agility and the ability to rapidly develop expertise in new subject areas
• Confidence to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and participate actively in creative discussions
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and projects
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience balancing priorities while consistently delivering content on time
• Familiarity with content marketing tools, content management systems, and modern marketing workflows
• Proficiency across Microsoft productivity tools

Requirements

• Experience supporting managed service providers, partner ecosystems, marketplaces, or channel marketing initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, productivity, and business application technologies
• Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts and translating technical expertise into market-ready content
• Exposure to tools such as Grammarly, Figma, Miro, or Workfront
