Role Description

The Content and Growth Marketing Contractor supports CMB’s Brand Growth team in our mission to engage and convert new accounts, expand contacts within growth accounts, and expand usage among key accounts. This role collaborates across teams to deliver high-value content to clients and prospects, plans and executes integrated multi-channel campaigns, and analyzes performance to continuously optimize strategies.

• Develops sales collateral and marketing content, including account-based marketing programs, webinars, and conferences.
• Helps turn strategy into campaigns that build pipeline and accelerate deals.
• Works up to 30 hours per week, offered remotely.
• Reports jointly into the Content Strategy and Business Development leaders.
• 6-month contract role with potential for extension or transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
• Hands-on responsibility for content development, email and social campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in marketing to large B2B enterprises.
• Expert user of HubSpot marketing and sales solutions for automation.
• Comfort with CMS platforms and landing page builders; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Proven ability to think strategically with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity with campaign KPIs and performance metrics.

Benefits

• Hourly rate range: $41 - $48, dependent on experience, expertise, skills, and location.
