Role Description

Als Channel Lead Social Media treibst du das Wachstum unserer Kunden voran und prägst unsere Social-Media-Strategien. Du hast strategischen Weitblick und bist gleichzeitig ein kreativer Sparringspartner für dein Team – gemeinsam kreiert ihr Inhalte, die die Marken unserer Kunden digital strahlen lassen.

  • TeamfĂĽhrung & Inspiration: Du leitest ein Team aus Social-Media-Talenten, förderst ihre kreative und strategische Weiterentwicklung und stehst ihnen als Sparringspartner zur Seite.
  • Kundenerfolg & Markenwachstum: Mit deinem Know-how in Social Media und deiner Leidenschaft fĂĽr die Customer Journey entwickelst du Kampagnen, die Reichweite und Engagement steigern und die Markenbekanntheit deiner Kunden nachhaltig stärken.
  • Cross-Channel-Denken: Du verstehst die Synergien zwischen Social Media, SEA, Display und Programmatic Advertising und allokierst Budgets passgenau, um maximale Wirkung zu erzielen.
  • Analytisches GespĂĽr & datengetriebene Entscheidungen: Du interpretierst Social-Media-Performance-Daten und entwickelst gezielte Empfehlungen, die die Kampagnen unserer Kunden nach vorne bringen.
  • Innovation im Fokus: Stets am Puls der Trends optimierst du kontinuierlich Strategien und bringst frische Ideen ein, die die Social-Media-Performance auf das nächste Level heben.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Social-Media-Management, idealerweise in einer Agentur, in der Beratung oder auf Kundenseite.
  • Versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Social-Media-Tools zur Planung, Analyse und Optimierung.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tracking- und Analysetools und Verständnis der Bedeutung datengetriebener Entscheidungen.
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, teamorientiert und wirkungsvoll in der Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Ebenen.
