Role Description

  • Leitung von Projekten zur Implementierung neuer datengetriebener Ansätze und Optimierungen
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Research und Datenanalysen mit Tools wie Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC) und Google Ads (GAds)
  • Erstellung von datenbasierten Visualisierungen mit Tools wie Looker und Tableau
  • Analyse von Synergien zwischen SEO und SEA und Entwicklung von Optimierungsstrategien
  • Wissenschaftliches Arbeiten: Hypothesenbildung, Testing und strategische Ableitungen zur Tool-Weiterentwicklung
  • Kritische ĂśberprĂĽfung von Daten und Ergebnissen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team, um komplexe Daten und Analysen verständlich und effektiv zu kommunizieren
  • Proaktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung in Bezug auf Analytics und Innovation

Qualifications

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und Research mit GA, GSC und GAds
  • Erfahrungen in der Datenvisualisierung (z.B. Looker, Tableau)
  • Kenntnisse in SEO und SEA, sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Synergie beider Bereiche
  • Wissenschaftliches Denkvermögen, um Hypothesen zu bilden, zu testen und datengetriebene Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Fähigkeit, Projekte zu leiten und die Verantwortung fĂĽr deren Umsetzung zu ĂĽbernehmen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, um komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  • Teamfähigkeit und Lust darauf, gemeinsam neue Wege zu gehen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit sowie der Wille, Verantwortung zu ĂĽbernehmen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
