Role Description

- Build marketing strategies and project implementation plans that communicate new happenings and capabilities.
- Showcase your creative marketing and communication skills to engage and motivate customers and prospects.
- Develop and test customer strategies that will help our customers and grow the franchise.
- Build awareness around FNBO’s mortgage products and solutions.
- Collaborate with other areas to reach business goals.
- Create desire for financial solutions that will help customers on their financial journey.
- Tell the story of marketing initiatives – new ideas, happenings, information, and results.
- Be part of a team that loves being a part of a company that is committed to our customers and the communities we serve.
- Build a community of brand advocates.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- Knowledge and experience of the financial services industry
- Customer campaign/management experience
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services marketing, mortgage marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, direct marketing, or marketing program management
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing and handling multiple projects
- Knowledge of enterprise marketing and sales processes
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong communication and project coordination skills, with an ability to work effectively with Sales and Business Development to lead and execute on a wide variety of product marketing initiatives
- Strong organizational, analytical and execution skills
- Capable of strategic thinking and moving strategic plans into action
- Successful budget management experience managing marketing promotional costs
Requirements
- MBA (Desired)
- Previous experience in bank industry marketing (Desired)
- Previous experience with bank products (ideally mortgage) and market dynamics (Desired)
- Lead Generation experience (Desired)
- Marketing Automation Journey experience (Desired)
- Social media experience (Desired)
- SEO experience (Desired)

Compensation
Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00. This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
