Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Brand & Creative Strategy professionals with strong expertise in executive presentations, visual storytelling, content editing, data visualisation, and Microsoft PowerPoint to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will reconstruct and enhance client-facing business slides, improve narrative structure and visual clarity, and document the reasoning behind each design and content decision. The role is particularly suited to professionals from leading agencies, brand consultancies, major in-house marketing teams, or technology companies who regularly create high-stakes executive and client presentations. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• PowerPoint Slide Reconstruction
  • Reconstruct business slides from supplied images in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Recreate layouts, visual structures, charts, and presentation elements accurately
  • Improve slide organisation while preserving the intent of the original content
  • Maintain professional formatting and visual consistency throughout each assignment
  • Deliver polished slides suitable for executive and client-facing use
• Brand Strategy & Visual Storytelling
  • Strengthen narrative flow across individual slides and presentation content
  • Apply brand and creative-strategy judgement to visual communication
  • Improve hierarchy, emphasis, and clarity for senior audiences
  • Balance visual impact with business context and strategic intent
  • Ensure each slide communicates its core message efficiently
• Data Visualisation & Presentation Design
  • Transform complex information into clear and compelling visual presentations
  • Improve charts, diagrams, tables, and other data-driven slide elements
  • Select appropriate presentation structures for different types of information
  • Reduce unnecessary visual complexity while preserving key insights
  • Apply presentation-design principles appropriate for executive communication
• Content Editing & Messaging
  • Refine slide copy for clarity, concision, and strategic impact
  • Develop stronger action titles and message hierarchy
  • Improve wording without altering the underlying business meaning
  • Identify unnecessary repetition or unclear communication
  • Align content edits with the intended audience and presentation objective
• Review, Rationale & Quality Evaluation
  • Critically assess each slide against professional presentation standards
  • Maintain detailed change logs explaining revisions made
  • Document clear rationale for elements intentionally left unchanged
  • Defend design and content decisions using practical presentation principles
  • Deliver reviewed slides and accompanying documentation within required timelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in brand, creative strategy, advertising, marketing, consulting, or related work
• Background at a recognised advertising agency, holding company, brand consultancy, or major in-house brand or technology team is highly relevant
• Proven experience developing executive or client-facing presentations
• Experience with new-business pitches, campaign reviews, strategic brand decks, or comparable presentations
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Strong slide-reconstruction and presentation-design capabilities
• Expertise in visual storytelling and information hierarchy
• Strong data-visualisation skills
• Ability to convert complex information into clear, persuasive slides
• Excellent written communication and content-editing skills
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly
• Sales, go-to-market, or consulting experience is valuable
• Prior experience reviewing AI-generated work or contributing to AI training is advantageous but not required

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour
• Each reviewed and enhanced slide, together with its change log, should generally be completed within 1–2 hours per assignment
• Work will involve PowerPoint slide reconstruction, presentation design, visual storytelling, data visualisation, content editing, and executive communication
• Assignments may include new-business pitches, campaign reviews, strategic brand presentations, and other client-facing or executive materials
• Detailed documentation of design and content decisions is a core part of the engagement
• Strong professional judgement is required when deciding whether to modify or preserve existing content
• Project scope, presentation types, and evaluation requirements may evolve depending on project needs
• No prior AI experience is required
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, agency, institution, brand, or other third party
