[Hiring] Title Curative Specialist I @Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC

Role Description

The Title Curative Specialist is responsible for title claims in New York, New Jersey & Florida. In addition, they are responsible for reviewing the issue and notifying the client on the various client systems. Based on the client, the specialist will either file the title claim or monitor the progress of the claim via the various client systems. They will work with underwriters and title counsel until resolution of the title issue. The specialist is responsible for keeping FW and client systems updated and current.

Qualifications

• Experience with Florida e‑filing platforms (e‑Portal, Simplifile, PACER, SCRA websites) is preferred.
• Familiarity with foreclosure compliance procedures is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
