Role Description

We are looking for attentive, solutions-focused individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Care Specialists. This position is centered on making the vacation-planning process easier for clients by providing reliable assistance from the initial inquiry through the preparation stages of their trip.

You will support a variety of vacation requests, which may include:

• cruises
• resort stays
• all-inclusive packages
• family adventures
• romantic getaways
• group trips
• tours
• international vacations
• milestone celebrations

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as a helpful resource for clients during the vacation-planning process
• Gather necessary information about dates, budgets, destinations, and individual preferences
• Research vacation products that meet specific client requests
• Explore options for lodging, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and activities
• Review available choices for suitability and overall value
• Provide clients with organized information to help them make informed decisions
• Clarify general policies, amenities, inclusions, and booking conditions
• Coordinate approved client selections using designated supplier systems
• Carefully review reservation details to identify possible errors or missing information
• Keep confirmations, client notes, and other trip records organized
• Monitor payment schedules and time-sensitive reservation requirements
• Reach out when additional client information or action is required
• Provide updates and preparation reminders leading up to departure
• Help with routine reservation questions, updates, or modification requests
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and completed services
• Stay current with supplier information, vacation products, and destination knowledge

Qualifications

• Clear and professional when communicating verbally and in writing
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Consistent when following up on outstanding tasks
• Comfortable researching information independently
• Able to review several options and identify relevant differences
• Capable of handling multiple client files and deadlines
• Responsible and productive while working remotely
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online applications
• Willing to learn new supplier and reservation systems
• Equipped with reliable internet access and a compatible device
• Interested in continued learning and professional development
• At least 18 years of age
• Residing in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
