Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Public Administration, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive contract management experience, including significant experience supporting Public Sector, Government, or Defense customers.

Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex technology services, outsourcing, managed services, cloud, or digital transformation contracts.

Strong understanding of contractual risk management, governance, and change management principles.

Experience working with executive leadership and customer stakeholders.
-
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
-
Experience supporting US Federal, State, and local government.

Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, interpretation, and administration of complex customer agreements, including:

Master Services Agreements (MSAs)

Statements of Work (SOWs)

Amendments and Change Orders

Renewals and Extensions

Subcontractor Agreements

Non-Disclosure Agreements

Ensure contractual documentation accurately reflects agreed commercial and operational positions.

Support transition from sales to delivery through effective contract handover and contract awareness initiatives.

Maintain contract repositories and ensure critical contractual milestones, obligations, renewals, and notice requirements are tracked and managed.

Serve as the primary contractual advisor to account leadership, business executives, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders.

Support strategic pursuits, contract renewals, scope expansions, and major contract modifications.
-
Provide contractual analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities to maximize contractual value and revenue generation.

Participate in executive governance meetings and customer reviews as the contractual subject matter expert.

Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, regulatory, and compliance risks.

Develop and maintain account-specific risk registers and contractual obligation matrices.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contractual commitments, government regulations, and industry requirements applicable to Public Sector and Defense engagements.

Escalate significant contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer contract, procurement, legal, and operational teams.

Lead contractual discussions, negotiations, and issue resolution activities.

Work closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Delivery, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on contractual matters.

Act as an escalation point for complex contractual issues requiring strategic judgment and negotiation expertise.
