[Hiring] Contracts Manager @Choice Property Resources

Role Description

Choice Property Resources is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee telecommunications and other service agreements on behalf of our multi-family property clients. This role involves:

• Vetting client properties with vendors for existing provider agreements
• Reviewing and interpreting existing agreements to capture key terms
• Identifying opportunities with vendors for new and/or competitive proposals
• Negotiating business and financial terms of proposals
• Preparing detailed proposal summaries for client presentations, including financial projections
• Proofreading draft contracts
• Managing a high volume of projects and tasks for a growing B2B business

This position is fully remote but limited to individuals residing within 75 miles of the Central Ohio area due to periodic in-person team meetings and onboarding requirements.

• Two years of experience in a related field
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
• Ability to work from a home office
• Four-year degree from an accredited university or college preferred
• Experience utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office Professional is a plus
• Experience with telecommunications, multifamily, construction, vended laundry, business class services, enterprise telecom services, and/or rooftop/cell antennae leases is a plus

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience
