Role Description

A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-starting Paralegal is needed to support a California-based law firm handling a broad range of civil matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, business disputes, and mass torts. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality legal services by supporting attorneys with:

• Document preparation
• Case management
• Client communication
• Day-to-day legal operations

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Paralegal is required
• Experience working with a U.S. law firm is required (California experience is a plus)
• Experience in civil litigation or mass tort matters is an advantage
• Law degree or legal education is a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
