Role Description

Most newer attorneys spend years piecing together enough estate planning matters to really build their skills. Legacy Assurance Plan offers a faster path: a steady stream of intake-complete, pre-qualified clients, so you can spend your time practicing law and building real experience instead of marketing or chasing referrals.

• Hands-on volume across wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Exposure to Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning, even without prior experience in those areas
• An established peer network of estate planning attorneys for collaboration and referrals
• Full back-office support: document review and printing, deed retrieval, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in good standing in your state of residence
• Comfortable independently advising and managing clients, with back-office and peer support behind you
• Multi-state licensure or reciprocity a plus, not required
• No prior Medicaid or special needs planning experience required, just a willingness to learn
