Qualifications

• Active Hawaii bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of experience handling first-party property insurance claims.
• Experience evaluating insurance coverage, disputed claims, or property damage losses.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team.
• Excellent client communication skills and a genuine commitment to client advocacy.
• Prior experience representing policyholders, handling insurance bad faith claims, or litigating property insurance disputes is preferred.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold an active Hawaii bar license.
• At least 1 year of direct experience handling first-party property insurance claims.
• Experience representing policyholders in property damage insurance disputes is especially valuable.
