Role Description

The Contracts Administrator will serve as the initial point of contact for contract requests as well as certain compliance functions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in contract administration and a background in customer service. This is a person who delights in providing a memorable experience for both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in a related degree or equivalent years of education and experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience as a contract administrator, with at least 3 years working directly with external clients.
• At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, with a demonstrated knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and ability to communicate with customers effectively and with empathy.
• Expert-level MS Office skills in MS Word and Outlook. Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM), customer relationship management (CRM), and environment resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device organization (preferred).
• Knowledge of corporate compliance issues confronting the medical device industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework affecting the medical device industry (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and DocuSign IAM (preferred).
