[Hiring] Contract Administration Specialist @ActiveProspect

Role Description

ActiveProspect is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administration Specialist to support a short-term project focused on collecting, organizing, and maintaining historical customer and vendor agreements. This is a temporary, 3–4 week opportunity structured as a 1099 independent contractor.

• Locate existing contracts and upload agreements into our contract management platform (Conga).
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify and retrieve missing documentation.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and easily accessible contract records.
• Track project progress and provide updates on completed uploads, outstanding agreements, and identified gaps.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive business documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, document management, contract administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing and organizing large volumes of documents and records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience supporting legal, procurement, or business operations teams is preferred but not required.
