Role Description

Micro1 is seeking transactional attorneys for a confidential law-and-AI project. Work draws on commercial contracting practice:

• Reviewing and redlining MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related agreements against playbooks
• Identifying issues and acceptable fallback positions
• Explaining each revision in clear legal writing

Contributors collaborate on consistent standards and manage remote, deadline-driven assignments independently. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in a US jurisdiction
• At least four years of transactional practice in a law firm or in-house team
• Deep knowledge of commercial terms such as liability limits, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection
• Accurate contract interpretation
• Sound judgment and actionable written analysis
• Technology transactions expertise is a strong plus

Requirements

• Independent contractor engagement
• Remote work
• Compensation: US$90–US$110/hour
