Role Description

We are looking for a System Administrator to keep our treasury management platform GTreasury secure, reliable and connected to business systems. Working with Treasury, Finance, IT and external partners, you will manage system configuration, user access, bank connectivity and integrations. You will also support users across regions and help deliver platform improvements and further rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer GTreasury across cash positioning, cash forecasting, payments and bank account management, maintaining configuration, workflows, approval rules and reports.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions and single sign-on, ensuring appropriate access controls, segregation of duties and audit readiness.
• Coordinate bank and account onboarding, configure and troubleshoot connectivity through SWIFT, SFTP and APIs, and resolve statement and payment file issues.
• Maintain master data and mappings between GTreasury, banks and Oracle NetSuite; monitor integrations and resolve data exceptions.
• Monitor daily statement and payment feeds, investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with banks, GTreasury support and internal IT.
• Provide user support and training to Treasury and Finance teams across time zones.
• Test platform updates, manage configuration changes and maintain clear technical and user documentation.
• Support the rollout of GTreasury to additional entities and regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering, supporting or implementing a treasury management system; hands-on GTreasury experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of cash management, forecasting, payments, bank account management and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of bank connectivity and file formats, such as SWIFT, SFTP, APIs, MT940/MT942, ISO 20022 and BAI2.
• Experience managing application access, roles and SSO, ideally using SAML and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong data troubleshooting skills, including advanced Excel and the ability to interpret bank files and error logs.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, banks and finance users.
• A structured approach to documentation, controls and issue resolution.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable

• GTreasury implementation, upgrades or bank onboarding.
• ERP integrations, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
• IT controls and audit evidence preparation.
• Basic SQL, XML/XSLT or scripting for troubleshooting.
• Ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Treasury qualifications such as CTP or ACT, or ITIL Foundation.
